DAILY FANTASY BUSTS, LOCKS & BARGAIN PICK FOR WEEK 3

Hello again Fantasy Fumble readers!!! Week 3 is here, and in my non-Daily Fantasy League I have 3 starters that could be done for the season, which makes me wish I only did DFS!!! Coach Zimmer, please put AP on the IR already! Looking back at last week, I am told we were in the money again!!! Even with one of my locks being a bust… yes Eli, I am talking to you! David Johnson was solid, but could’ve been a tad bit better for the price. Kelvin Benjamin dominated the 49ers as I predicted, and Tamme was huge at his low price tag. Here are my LOCKS, BUSTS & BARGAIN PICKS for Week 3!

BUSTS

Tyrod Taylor – Firing Greg Roman isn’t going to make Taylor a FANTASY STUD this week. I expected a little better play from Double T this year. Well, guess what Sexy Rexy and Double T? In comes the ARIZONA CARDINALS DEFENSE. Who made one of my favorite players for this fantasy year look like crap (J. Winston – CRAB LEGS). Double T will be a bust for Wek 3.

Mark Ingram – Hey Ingram it’s just not going to happen for you. I know people who drafted him are saying this will be his year… I am not seeing it at all! I see Brees and his passing game carrying this one folks.

Ok this is going to be my biggest wild-card bust so far of the early part of the season… people may think I dropped ACID but here is my final bust for Week 3.

AJ GREEN – YES, I am going to pull a wildcard here and say AJ Green will have another bad outing this week against the Denver DEF. I expect the Broncos DEF to focus on Green, and let the other WR’s try to beat them. We saw what Pitt’s DEF did to Green last week, and I have a sneaky feeling we will see the same this week.

LOCKS

Phillip Rivers ($6,700) – I am jumping on the train!!! I have been very impressed by the offensive output of the Chargers so far this year. So why not hop on the train this week against the bad Colts defense! Rivers could make my college roommates and I look like studs with protection from his offensive line. I am going to ride with Rivers, and I also put a waiver claim on him in my Yahoo league.

Melvin Gordon ($5,800) – Yes two! TWO! Two San Diego Super-Chargers offensive players in my Locks! I thought Gordon was a Week 1 wonder. Then in Week 2, he showed up again! So Kingman is joining the Gordon train this week. With Woodhead out, I expect a lot of Gordon this week and another huge week! I promise the third and final lock won’t be a Charger.

Jarvis Landry ($6,600) – I liked what I saw from Miami last week in New England, and I really liked how many targets Landry has had so far. 23 targets in the first two games is a very good sign that Tannehill and Landry are clicking. I will take a chance on Landry this week against the Cleveland Browns.

Bargain Pick

Dennis Pitta ($3,400) – I know I am pushing my luck with another Tight End this week, but I think Flacco loves himself some PITTA! Hopefully it keeps up this week so I can continue my bargain pick of the week streak. Good luck this week!
