DAILY FANTASY BUSTS, LOCKS & BARGAIN PICK FOR WEEK 9

Welcome back Fantasy Fumblers to another week of pulling your hair out fun! Short recap from last week, Carr and Gronk both were great. Well, Carr was unreal with 40 points and GRONK was a machine in the blowout. So 2 out of 3 locks is a good percentage in my eyes. Let’s hope the streak continues this week with the locks!

LOCKS

Dez Bryant ($7,400) – Dez is back and he gets to match up against the Browns. I swear, if this guy can’t get us 20 points this week, he should give back his game salary! Come on Dez get it done. I think Prescott has a big weapon now in the lineup, and that kid is only getting better with every game.

Devonta Freeman ($6,700) – With Coleman out, I see Freeman having a solid game against the Bucs. He is a dual threat out of the backfield and I think he is a good play against the Bucs. I am predicting at least 17-19 points this week between running and receiving.

Devontae Booker ($6,400) – Last week he was my bargain pick and hey he got about 12 points against a really good Chargers DEF as of late. For under $4,000 to get 12 points is a win in my book as a Bargain Pick. Now he jumps up over 6k and he gets to face the Raiders. This defense has been getting gashed by fantasy running backs. I see a 100 yard rushing game plus a TD from Booker this week.

BUSTS

Blake Bortles – Bortles had some great garbage time scoring last week against the Titans prevent defense once the game was out of reach. This week, he is facing a red hot KC defense with multiple double digit scoring games as of late. Also if no one noticed, they got 6 sacks and an INT against the Colts. The Jags aren’t that much better than the Colts. Long day for Bortles.

Todd Gurley – Until this young man gets it going, don’t spend the money. I hope he proves me wrong this week, but I doubt it. I don’t think I need to add much else. But I could…….but I won’t….

Amari Cooper – Tough matchup for Cooper this week. Denver’s secondary has been stout, and haven’t been giving up too many fantasy points to opposing WR’s. So Cooper, this week is Buyer Beware or in other words BUST.

Bargain Pick

Antonio Gates ($3,000) – What I am looking for from Gates this week is 6-7 catches and a TD. That’s what I would love from the future Hall of Fame tight end. If he can get you 10-14 points as a Bargain Pick, he has done his job. He is getting more snaps and looks from Rivers lately so I am going to give him a shot. Good Luck this week guys and girls!
