LAST WEEK FOR FANTASY TRADES

In most fantasy leagues, Week 13 will be the last chance you have to trade away your underperforming players. Possibly, you have a lot of depth and you are trying to improve upon your roster since the fantasy playoffs are right around the corner. Here is a list of a few players that you should try trading for before the trade deadline ends.

Jack Doyle (TE) – When you think of a top Tight End, you normally think of Gronk, Kelce or Ertz. I bet you didn’t know that Doyle has been a top TE this season as well. In an offense that has been lackluster without Andrew Luck at the helm, Doyle has been a consistent target of backup quarterback Jacoby Brissett. If your league requires a Tight End and/or PPR, Doyle is a solid weekly play. He is also available in 21% (ESPN and Yahoo) of fantasy leagues. You might get lucky enough and snag him off of the waiver wire and not have to trade for him.

Mohamed Sanu (WR) – With Julio Jones constantly drawing double coverage from opposing defenses, Sanu has become a viable option for Matt Ryan to pass to. Sanu is a solid WR2 over the next 3 weeks facing the injured New Orleans Saints defense twice, and the Buccaneers poor defense again.

Jay Ajayi (RB) – As you might remember from an article I wrote in the preseason, I was not high on Ajayi at all in prep of fantasy drafts. For the simple fact that the majority of his 2016 rushing yards came in a 3-game span. Ajayi is only averaging 3.4 YPC this season, however the majority of those numbers came behind a horrible Miami Dolphins offensive line. Ajayi was traded to the Eagles, and even though the backfield is crowded, Ajayi is without a doubt the most talented RB in the group.

Carlos Hyde (RB) – Even on a team that does not have many offensive weapons, Hyde has been a productive RB all season for the 49ers. However, now might be the absolute best time to trade him for something valuable in return. The 49ers have no hopes whatsoever at a playoff berth, it might be time to see what depth the team has going forward. Hyde also has a tough opposing schedule the next 3 weeks, with matchups against the Texans, Titans, and Jaguars. No better time than now to trade Hyde for 1-2 solid players in return.
